1. As a trial member of the Body Blueprint Workout Club, what do I receive?
    • Proven, highly effective workout programmes specific to YOUR goals: Your workouts are accessible online and come complete with exercise animations and exercise instructions. Workout programmes are personally designed by Mark Woodgate, and are GUARANTEED to produce EXTRAORDINARY results! 
    • A specially designed ab workout!
    • Workout calendar: (Simply click on the day of the week to access your workout) 
    • Workout spreadsheets to record your progress: (sent to you via email in excel format - or record online if you prefer)
    • Daily food log: The option to keep an ongoing nutrition diary.
    • Exercise log: The option to keep a record of your exercise choices and timeframes. (Provides a graph to chart your progress)
    • Weight log: Record your actual bodyweight versus your goal bodyweight. (A graph automatically plots your progress)

2. Why is the Body Blueprint Workout Club so inexpensive?
   
In a word, 'technology!' And although there are other virtual training programmes on the market that are 2-3 times more expensive, we wanted to make the Body Blueprint Workout Club as affordable as possible.
 
Rather than paying hundreds of dollars for the services of a personal trainer, there are huge savings to be made thanks to virtual personal training.

Virtual training has additional appeal as clients can contact their virtual trainer for advice at any time. Combined with the quality of our workout programmes, clients achieve results much faster than if they were to follow standard workout programmes or go it alone. 

3. What kind of workout options do you provide?  

We provide 6 types of programmes as follows:           

1)    Fatloss and Fitness - home based

2)  Fatloss and Fitness - gym based

3)    Fatloss and Muscle Gain - home based

4)  Fatloss and Muscle Gain - gym based

5)  Muscle Gain and Strength - home based

      4. How do the workouts change from month to month? 

If you decide to become a full member of the Body Blueprint Workout Club, you'll receive a brand new workout programme every month. Every workout programme is slightly progressive in nature which means you'll continually improve your strength, fitness and body composition.
You'll receive 2 new workouts every month. A full body workout and a separate ab workout.

5. How do I achieve consistent results from my workouts?  

If you follow the recommendations of the Body Blueprint workout club programmes you simply can't fail! As you increase your strength we encourage you to increase your repetitions and weights over the course of each 4 week period. 

As a rule of thumb, when you can perform 3 repetitions over and above the designated number of repetitions, increase your weight at the next workout and return to the original number of repetitons. 

Here is an sample progression: 

Workout 1: 15 repetitions with 30kg

Workout 2: 17 repetitions with 30kg

Workout 3: 18 repetitions with 30 kgs

Workout 4: 15 repetitions with 35kgs...and so on. 

This approach ensures you'll make progress at EVERY workout!

6. How do I change to another workout programme? 

If your goals have changed and you'd like to change from a fatloss and fitness programme to a fatloss and muscle gain programme or you've joined a gym and no longer working out from home, (for example) contact Mark at: mark@bodyblueprint.co.nz  and we'll change your workouts immediately.

7. Can I change WHEN I receive my programme?  

Absolutely! If for any reason you would like to delay your next programme or change the date you receive your monthly workout, simply contact Mark at: mark@bodyblueprint.co.nz

8. Do I need to access my programmes online or can I receive these by email instead?

If you prefer to receive your workouts via email rather than accessing the web, simply let us know. Every month we'll email your workouts instead. These email come complete with exercise animations and full exercise instructions.
Plus we'll also email accompanying workout spreadshseets so that you can record your progress.

9. Do I need to belong to a gym, or can this programme be done from work/ home?

You can choose from either the ‘home’ or ‘gym’ workout option. In other words, there is a home and gym based option for each of the 3 programmes listed above. Choose the option that best suits your needs.

10. Do I need any special equipment ? 

If you opt for the ‘home’ workout option, you’ll need a swiss ball and at least 3 pairs of dumbbells.

11. When and how do I refer new people to the Body Blueprint Workout Club?

You’re eligible to start referring people after 2 months on the programme (your 30 day trial plus 1 month) Simply visit the Body Blueprint Workout Club Referrals page here: 

Enter your details as well as the person you’re referring. As soon as this person joins the programme, you’ll start receiving discounts off your monthly subscription! (as follows)

12.How do I qualify to receive a FREE monthly subscription?

For every person you refer, you’ll receive a discount off your monthly subscription of $24 as follows:

 Refer 1 person – pay only $20 per month

  Refer 2 people –  pay only $15 per month

  Refer 3 people – pay only $10 per month

Refer 4 people – pay only $5 per month

                Refer 5 people  - your monthly subscription is FREE!

13. What happens if the person I’ve referred cancels their subscription?

If the person cancels their subscription, you’re rate will return to the next tier. For example, if you were paying $10 per month, your rate would increase to $15 per month. Similarly, when you refer another person to the workout club, your rate would reduce accordingly.

14. How many times per week do I need to work out?

Preferably a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 5 days per week. 

For best results we recommend thay you perform your resistance training workouts on 3 non consecutive days per week. For example, Mon, Wed and Fri. (These are full body resistance training workouts with a small amount of cardio.) 
We also provide you with a separate ab and cardio workout on Tues and Thurs.

15. If I require a slightly modified programme (eg: for rehabilitation, special needs etc) what can you offer?

For an additional $20 per month, we can design a personalized online programme based on your special requirements.

16. Can I receive personal training as well? Do you provide any discounts?

Yes! As a member of the Body Blueprint Workout Club, you're entitled to receive the following discounts off one on one personal training sessions. 

* 10% off your 1st personal training session

* 15% off your 2nd and 3rd sessions.

* 20% off all subsequent sessions.

17. What is the minimum period of time I need to subscribe?

You can cancel anytime, however we're quite certain that once you start seeing and feeling the results of these specially designed workouts (combined with great value for money) you'll want to keep progressing toward your goals and reach even greater heights!

18. What is the normal price of the Body Blueprint Workout Club? How and when do I pay?

If you decide you'd like to continue to benefit from the Body Blueprint Workout Club after your inital 30 days, do nothing and payments will commence at $24 per month. 

Alternatively, please contact us before the expiry of your 30 day trial if you would prefer to cancel.   

Payments are deducted from your credit card automatically every month using paypal.

19.Do I need any special software to download my workout programmes?

No. This programme is 100% internet based. This means you can access your programmes where and when it’s convenient for you. Simply log on with your unique password and you’re ready to go! No special software if required.

20.How can I record my progress?

When you log in to your account and access your workout, you can record your sets, reps and weights online. You also have the option to print and take your programme with you - complete with pictures and descriptions of the exercises.

Plus as a member of the Body Blueprint Workout Club we email you with spreadsheets every month (ms excel format) so that you can record your progress from workout to workout.
